Touring Guide
Tickets
Four ticket offices are set at the entrance of the park. Adult ticket : 100 Yuan/person; children ticket: 50Yuan/person (free under 1.2m); senior citizens ticket: 50 Yuan/person( aged over 60-69 years old with ID card or senior card). Yearly travel card can be used throughout the year. For more information, please refer to the updated announcement in the park.
Travelling Weather
A sunny day is best. The whole park is shaded by numerous trees. The wind is gentle and the air is crisp. You can breathe in extremely fresh air that cannot be found in downtown. In bad weather, such as heavy rain or rainstorms. animal viewing will be limited. Outdoor performances and programs in the amusement center will be delayed or suspended. Transportation
For Self-driving tourists from outside Qinhuangdao: You can drive on the Jingshen highway through Jingha Connecting line, and get out from the Exit to Beidaihe. Driving 5kilometers along Lianfeng North Road and then 3 kilometers on Binhai Avenue , then you’ll arrive at the park.
For Self-driving tourists inside Qinhuangdao: Drive west along Hebei Avenue and then take Binhai Avenue through Shandongpu Overpass. Keep driving west for about 5 kilometers, then you’ll arrive at the park.
Bus Route
You can take bus No. 34 at the bus stop west to Qinhuangdao Railway Station, and then get off at Qinhuangdao Wildlife Park directly.
Tourists can also join a tour group to visit the park.
Touring tips: Feeding animals without permission is not allowed in the park. Tourists can bring their own foods and drinks into the park. It’s also very convenient to purchase in shops inside the park. Since it is a relatively primitive forest, it is inevitable that there will be some mosquitoes in the park. So, some insect-resistant ointments or itching cream are necessary. For the sake of security, kids should be accompanied by adults in the park. The park is large, and flat shoes are recommended.
Way of Touring
Pedestrian Area:Tourists walk along the roads, watching animals and performances freely. Train-traveling Area: Tourists tour the park on free forest trains. Self-driving Tour: For self-driving tourists, an extra toll will be charged: 50 Yuan for vehicles with less than 8 seats, and 100 Yuan for those with more than 8 seats.If you want to walking through the park, cars should be parked in the parking lot at the entrance of the park.
